5 min readOne of the largest property agencies in the Maltese Islands, Elzan Properties wanted to create a social space within their newly opened offices and showroom building. At the heart of this social space, Refpro was entrusted with providing a bar to serve as an area where employees can relax after a long workday and socialise with clients and colleagues alike.
The bar was built using ISA’s flexible and high-quality Abaco stainless steel line. It was designed to cater for drinks while also incorporating an area to store food for events as well. The bar begins with a DPN-80 counter, a dual-temperature hot and cold unit that offers flexibility to store and display snacks for small- to medium-sized catering events. Beneath the elegant Inalco ceramic top, a powerful set of hinged-door undercounters stores a wide variety of goods such as spirits, mixers, and beers. The bar is further enhanced with an industrial Kastel ice machine and a dishwasher to provide ice production and cleaning facilities. In addition to the refrigerated counters, neutral storage cupboards in both stainless steel and lacquered wood are integrated into the bar to allow storage of cups, glasses, and dry goods.
In the end, Elzan’s social space has been enhanced with Refpro’s products, creating a welcoming environment where clients can connect and be received by a professional team as they embark on their next project.
