5 min readA well-known baker in Gozo, Grech Bakery, reached out to Refpro to provide refrigeration equipment for their latest shop on the island.
Refpro was entrusted to supply refrigeration equipment to cater to one of the most sensitive products on the market – pastry. The project was completed using ISA’s semi-finished cabinet range, Abaco, to provide an elegant display for the delicious sweets prepared in-house. The DPN-80 Flat and Low exposition counters were used to create a seamless display through a technology known as multiplexing, by joining one counter to another and connecting the displays together. The low and flat displays combine high display capacity with efficient cooling to fully furnish the counter area.
The result demonstrates the flexibility of ISA’s Abaco line, which can cater to a wide range of clients such as pastry shops, gelato shops, and restaurants, providing a high-quality display counter solution for their business.
