Response Time

Standard Call-Outs:
We aim to attend all  issues within 24 hours of the call being logged.

Emergency Call-Outs:
Emergency faults (e.g., complete system failure, temperature-critical risk) are prioritised and handled as urgently as possible.

Maintenance Agreement Clients:
Clients with an active maintenance agreement are given priority scheduling for all call-outs, including emergency responses.
