Black Friday 2025 Terms & conditions

– Prices and offers are only valid during the Black Friday period, from 11th to 28th November 2025.

– x4 Free Kiwi 630 Wood Shelving only to be provided on purchase of x1 Kiwi 630 cabinet. Additional shelving available at normal price of 45 EU per shelf ex vat.

– Delivery of all items included up to ground floor only in Malta. Gozo deliveries are available at an extra charge of 50 Euro per cabinet.

– All units in Black Friday offers are subject to standard warranty terms: We are offering a full guarantee period of twelve (12 in No.) months full parts and labour provided that they will be exclusively serviced by our technicians which preventive maintenance agreement is not included in our offer.

– Payment terms for all in-stock cabinets and Black Friday offers: 100% before (Bank Transfer/Revolut/BOV Pay) / on (Cash/Check) delivery.

The following terms and conditions apply to all quotations, proposals, and related works undertaken by our company. These terms are provided for general guidance and are subject to change without prior notice.

Site Requirements & Client Responsibilities

• The client is expected to provide, free of charge:
  • A suitable power supply and mains water access.
  • Sanitary facilities for our personnel.
  • Necessary health and safety compliance on-site.
  • Covered and uncovered secure storage areas.
• All site works are based on measurable contracts. Final pricing is subject to actual quantities measured and confirmed on-site upon completion of works.

Scope of Works

• Civil works, structural modifications, and non-listed items are excluded unless specifically stated in the proposal.
• Builders’ work is limited to non-structural routing (e.g., for piping). Any structural modifications are to be handled by others.
• Supply or installation of support structures, plinths, RSJs, hoisting systems, or galvanized steel frameworks is not included unless otherwise specified.

Electrical & Mechanical Provisions

• Electrical supply, including suitable isolators, should be provided by others within one meter of the equipment location, as advised by our technicians.
• Any required connection to this supply will be carried out by our team, provided that the supply meets the necessary specifications.

Variations & Additional Work

• Any works or items not listed in our original offer will require a formal Variation Order, approved in writing prior to commencement. Additional charges will apply as per the agreed variation.
• Offers are based on the total scope of specified works. Partial awards may require pricing revisions.

Installation Conditions

• All installations are priced based on regular working hours (07:30–16:30). Works outside these hours are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
• Site conditions must be safe and weather-protected. Offers are based on indoor installation environments unless otherwise agreed.

Panels & Drawings

• Quantities of insulated panels or other materials listed are indicative only. Final measurements and prices are based on the latest signed technical drawings.

Health & Safety

• Our personnel will be equipped with the appropriate safety gear. However, ensuring a safe site environment is the responsibility of the client.
• Guardrails, lighting, hoarding, and other safety measures must be provided by others at no additional cost to us.

Product & Material Substitution

• We reserve the right to propose alternative materials or equipment of equal or superior specification. Substitutions will only proceed upon written approval by the client or their representative.

Guarantee

• A standard 12-month guarantee on parts and labour is offered, provided that equipment is exclusively serviced by our certified technicians.
• Preventive maintenance agreements are not included in our standard offers but can be quoted separately upon request.
